Mackinac Island Rental Policies
Deposit Policy
Minimum deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to confirm and hold your reservation. We accept personal checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Deposits are refundable only if cancelled at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit deposit if cancelled. Guests are responsible for their entire confirmed reservation dates in the event of late arrivals or earlier departures. All refunds are subject to a service charge of $50.00.
Check-in and Check-out
Your accommodations will be available for check-in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Luggage can be stored for early arrivals and late departures.
Non-Smoking Policy
All accommodations are smoke-free.
Pet Policy
Limited dog-friendly rooms are available with surcharge. Subject to management approval.
Transportation
Taxis are available 24 hours a day.
