First Floor

• Living room with wood-burning fireplace, TV/VCR/Cable
• Dining area with large table
• Completely furnished kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, & disposal.  Island with Jenn-Air stove-top.
• First floor bedroom with queen size bed and day bed
• Laundry room with washer/dryer
• Full bathroom with full tub and shower, double sink
• Screened in porch with picnic table

Second Floor

• Sitting area with view of the water
• 4 bedrooms
• 1st bedroom – queen size bed
• 2nd bedroom – two twin size bunkbeds (sleeping for 4)
• 3rd bedroom – full size bed
• Master bedroom – queen size bed, private bath with shower stall
• Full bathroom (double sink separated from shower and toilet)
• Master and 1st bedrooms have breathtaking views of the Mackinac Bridge
• Sleeper sofa in upstairs sitting area

Terms of Rental

• Limited availability. Please call for rates and availability.
• Minimum rental period of one month required by City of Mackinac Island.
• 50% confirmation deposit required upon booking. Balance due upon arrival.
• $1,000 refundable security deposit due upon arrival.
• Call for special off-season rates.

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellation before January 1 - Refund 90% of deposit if we are unable to rent the home. If we are able to re-rent the home for the entire time, full refund less $100 processing fee.
• Cancellation after January 1 and before March 1 - Refund 50% of deposit if we are unable to rent the home. If we are able to re-rent the home for the entire time, full refund less $50 processing fee.
• Cancellation March 1 or after - No refund unless we are able to re-rent the home for the entire time. If we are able to re-rent the home for the entire time, full refund less $100 processing fee.
